Jurata is a name of Baltic Goodness and in honour of her this seaside resort has been called. According to legend Goodness Jurata fell in love with a poor fisherman. Her father - the Sea Good Gorka - unsuccessfully insisted on her not to meet the fisherman. When he fell in fury he smashed the underwater palace of his daughter into pieces. The palace was built of amber called Jantar. By now remains of the palace can be found on the beach as small pieces of amber.

Jurata its attractiveness owes a 74 years tradition of organizing rest and the unique nature virtues of the Hel Peninsula - the longest natural pier in Europe which was the fundamental reason to admit it as Nadmorski Landscape Park.

The Holiday Centre where Symposia are organized is an area of 22 ha in the middle of pine forest with luxuriant and unique vegetation.

The "Delfin" lies between Jurata (a very modern attractive resort) and Hel Bor where the Peninsula is about 600 m wide and its natural border from the south-west side are clear water of the Bay of Puck.

The Centre has very favourable location in stimulant microclimate which contains much of sea aerosol and iodine accelerating metabolism which favours varied therapies.
