The For the Children resource began its existence as a printed Curriculum Resource Guide prepared by Chicago's Polish American Heritage Committee for distribution in the Chicago Public Schools. The present initiative envisages the transfer of this material, appropriately edited and updated, to the electronic medium of the Internet. As with any new initiative, there are technical and financial hurdles that need to be overcome before the resource will be fully developed. That fact notwithstanding, the present pages represent a modest beginning of the transfer. Bookmark this page and visit it again soon.
