Casimir Pulaski Pulaski Monument located at the northeast corner of Western Plaza (surrounded by Pennsylvania Ave., between 13th and 14th streets), a few blocks east of Lafayette Park in Washington, D.C. The monument is the work of Kazimierz Chodzinski. The monument was unveiled on May 11, 1910.
