Polish Studies at Saint Mary's College

The Institution

Saint Mary's College has become the founding campus of Ave Maria, a new Catholic university. In that process we have undertaken a major effort to recreate our programs and our campus life to address the cultural, intellectual, religious and spiritual challenges of the new millennium. Today, Saint Mary's College may be seen as a microcosm of the world around us: rich in diversity, striving for equity and preparing to face the challenges of the millennium. Collegiate studies are offered in the humanities, the sciences, pre-professional and professional degree programs.

Polish and East/Central European Studies

The Polish & East/Central European Studies Program provides insights about the universal nature of man through the study of the specific history, language, and culture of the Polish and East/Central European people. At Saint Mary's College the Polish and East/Central European Studies are thought in a complex way, in a multidisciplinary context of linguistic, history and cultural analysis.
