University of Minnesota Deluth
The University of Minnesota Deluth is a comprehensive regional university. Its more than 50 buildings, situated on a 244 acres, overlook Lake Superior and are home to more than 10,000 students. The university's server lists no Polish Studies Courses but two courses tough on Poland-related matters. Also one member of the faculty was educated in Poland.

One, the Social Disorganization Theory is discussed in the context of Chicago at a time of massive immigration and high crime. and is based on the 1920 book by W.l. Thomas and Florian Znaniecki: "The Polish Peasant in Europe and the United States"

POLAND RELATED SCHOLARSHIP:
Received two awards from the Polish Ministry of Higher Education and Science for the introduction of the digital fuzzy sets into the fuzzy set theory that has facilitated applications of the fuzzy set theory to computer engineering.
